New Server!

I've shifted to a new server (a few things broke in the process...) - I'll see how things go.

The multiplayer games are unreliable as a result, this server is in the US and so lag is now a problem. Fortunately lag problems will largely be resolved with the new lobby system, which will launch soon (honest! another month I hope) with Planet Wars 2

If you spot anything broken, please let me know!
